FIELD EXPLORER is designed so the creative work happens locally on your computer. The licensing and purchase system uses only the information needed to sell, deliver, activate and protect the software.

Creative data that FIELD does not send to us

The FIELD EXPLORER licensing service does not receive your prompts, generated images, source or reference images, model files, saved collections, FIELD coordinates, model outputs or the contents of your creative sessions.

Licence information we process

To issue and maintain a software licence, the licensing service may store:

• your FIELD licence key and licence status;
• a pseudonymous hash used to distinguish an activated computer;
• a device label such as the computer name;
• activation, validation and deactivation timestamps;
• the number of active devices on a licence;
• installer download or fulfilment records; and
• product/version information needed to operate the licensing system.

The device hash is used for licensing and device-limit enforcement. FIELD does not use it to inspect files or creative activity on your computer.

Purchase information

For monthly plans, we also store subscription references, payment history, paid expiry and renewal status. Optional cancellation feedback is stored in the support inbox. Temporary management tokens and hashed request-rate identifiers protect the cancellation service.

Payments are processed by PayPal. When a purchase is confirmed, the licensing service may receive and store the PayPal order/capture reference, payer email address, payment amount, currency, purchase status and relevant refund or reversal status. We do not receive your full card or bank-account details.

Website and infrastructure

The website and licensing API are delivered through Cloudflare. As with ordinary web services, Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may process technical request information such as IP address, request time, browser/network information and security metadata in order to deliver and protect the service.

The website may also load third-party presentation or payment resources, including PayPal checkout and web fonts. Those providers may receive normal request information when their resources are loaded.

Why the information is used

• to confirm purchases and issue licences;
• to activate and validate FIELD on the permitted number of devices;
• to manage active device slots and deactivation;
• to recover a licence when a buyer supplies matching purchase details;
• to process refunds, reversals and licence revocation;
• to prevent licence abuse and duplicate use; and
• to keep reasonable records that digital software was delivered.

Retention

Licence and transaction records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to operate licences, provide purchase support, handle refunds or disputes, meet accounting or legal obligations and protect the service against fraud. Records that are no longer reasonably required are intended to be removed or de-identified where practical.

Sale of personal information

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

If you need to correct purchase information, recover a licence or make a privacy request, use the support/contact method published on field-explorer.app or contained in your purchase correspondence.
